It’s our way of rewarding our most loyal customers by giving them the service they deserve. On top of valuable savings you’ll get priority for booking jobs, emergency times and emergency call outs.
SAFETY CERTIFICATES
First and foremost, the legal requirements. You need to have a Landlord Safety Certificate if you’re letting a property, to prove that everything is up to the required standard. Not only do we provide the inspections for these vital documents and take care of most of the paperwork for you, our packages give you discounted rates.
One of our aims is to make the whole process smooth. Our pay arrangements are also quick and easy, and our engineers are very flexible when it comes to timing. If you and your tenants don’t get along, then we can contact your tenants directly to organise a convenient time for everyone. This saves a lot of time and hassle, and ensures that your legal obligations are met while keeping your tenants happy.
THE DISCOUNTS YOU GET
The Landlords First Scheme card entitles you to the standard First Card Discounts:
- Summer (01/06 to 30/09) 15% off gas certificates, appliance servicing and breakdown labour; 10% off boiler installation or any central heating upgrade work
- Winter (01/10 to 31/05) 10% off gas certificates, appliance servicing and breakdown labour; 5% off boiler installation or any central heating upgrade work
YOUR LANDLORDS FIRST CARD
Your card is unique to you with your name and individual customer loyalty number. The card will entitle you to our account facilities allowing you 14 days payment terms. Cards are issued at our discretion, and once your application has been approved, we will then process it and issue you with a card which will be with you as soon as possible.
